CHROME FREE LEATHER

We have developed a range of chrome-free articles for the manufacture of belts and leather goods.

The leather is basically tanned with vegetable extracts obtaining an environmentally ecofriendly and recyclable leather.

FINISHED SPLIT FOR BELTS

Thickness between 1.6 - 3.2 mm

Our good selection of raw material allows to offer a high performance article for manufacturing belts between 1.6-3.2 mm.

We provide classic finish (gloss, semi-gloss, matte, fatty/waxy) as well as new developments:

Pull up: skin folding effect.
Burnt: burned effect when applying temperature.
América: aniline finish.
Abrasivato: high gloss.

For footwear and belts

Our morbox split is specially desinged for manufacturing shoe instep. It is covered by a porous polyurethane film that allows the correct perspiration without losing its impermeability to external agents.

We have a wide range of finishes and different colours.
